Style Goal: Christmas Dinner for Two

Mr. Cool and I have a Christmas tradition of going out to a fancy dinner a few days before the official holiday festivities begin. For the past several years, we've gone to Millennium, a high-end vegetarian restaurant that will make even the most die-hard meat eater convert. The food is just that good. This year will be no different, and we're looking forward to our once-a-year treat.

I purchased the navy blue and black laser-cut dress pictured above for an October SF Jazz show that ended up getting rescheduled to January at the last minute. The dress has sat untouched in my closet since then, and I think our holiday dinner out is the perfect occasion to debut it. I plan to glam it up a bit with glitter pumps, rhinestone and pearl earrings, a deep rose-hued lipstick and a statement cocktail ring. Black seam tights, a boyfriend blazer and a fun handbag will finish the look.
